How can I share payment instructions?
ProZ*Pay can accept the output in a way that works best for you. Share who to pay, when and how much. A spreadsheet is best with email, amount, full name (optional), date to pay, and notes about the work (optional).  If you are comfortable sending in a format used with another provider, send it that way and we can make it work. 

What do translators need to do? 
Translators are invited to add payout/withdrawal settings to start the ProZ*Pay setup. This is done once, for all LSPs, and may be updated at any time. 

How can I check the status of payments?
A dashboard shows the status of each payment. ProZ.com also offers personalized service for request on information for those using ProZ*Pay.

Who pays the money transfer fees?
ProZ*Pay's goals are to get as much money as possible to the translator. The convenience fee (typically 2-5%) can be covered by your company or shared with the payee. Fee adjustments are available for bulk and early payments.

Are all professionals eligible for payment via ProZ*Pay?
Payment to professionals in Belarus, Congo (Kinshasa), Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast,  Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe may  not be available at this time.
