ProZ.com translation contests offer a fun way to take a break from your normal routine while testing and honing your skills with fellow translators.
Each contest is divided into three different phases:
Submission: contestants propose their translations of the source text into any language.
Qualification: voters are asked to rate translations in two categories: "Quality of writing" and "Accuracy of translation". This phase is only opened in pairs with a large number of entries.
Finals: voters are asked to select the entry that they consider the best of the group. The entry that collects the most points in final round voting wins and winners receive a digital certificate and, optionally, recognition in the community and in their profile.

Articles: a section containing articles written by site members in different categories such as the art of translation and interpreting, business, site features, technology and more,
Wiki: a collaborative effort of language professionals intended to enable site users to bring together and share their collective knowledge of translation industry topics.
Industry reports: reports on the changes that affect translators, the trends, obstacles and opportunities to freelance work in the translation industry today, and how freelance translators are dealing with these trends.
Books: a store-like section containing a list of books written by site users.
