Tips, perks, and personal touches to help you live the full experience.

International Translation Day is more than just a celebration;  it's a chance to reconnect with your purpose, learn something new, and feel part of a global community that gets what it means to be a language professional.

Whether it's your first time joining or you've been part of this event for years, here's everything you need to know to make the most of International Translation Day: Powered by human thought event.

Let's get started from the beginning: what, when, where?

Celebrate International Translation Day with an event! Join thousands of attendees on September 29th and 30th from 11:00 GMT to 16:00 GMT in a dynamic, interactive celebration of the profession.

Check out the program here »

Now, yes! Let's go with the rest.

🎖️Certificates & badges: Show your participation with pride

From the moment the event begins, your attendance is being tracked, automatically. You don't need to click anything or fill out forms. Just enjoy the sessions, and the platform will take care of the rest.

If you're a ProZ.com member, and you attend at least 5 hours, your certificate will appear in your profile under "Events and training" > "Conferences attended".

Not a member? You can still access your certificate by purchasing it separately or by upgrading to membership (of course, you still need to watch those 5 hours).

Want to rewatch sessions or catch up later? You can purchase the full video package + certificate and enjoy on-demand access.

And yes, this year's event grants 10 ATA Continuing Education points!

Don't forget to download your badge! It's a great way to showcase your participation on social media, your website, or even your email signature.

You'll find an embed code too, so adding it to your site is super easy.

💡Other things to keep in mind

Want to go even further? Here are a few extra tips to enhance your International Translation Day experience:

  • Plan your schedule: Browse the program in advance and mark the ones you don't want to miss.
  • Engage in the chat: The full event will include a live chat; ask questions, share thoughts, and help each other.
  • Take notes: There are many sessions.... not every thought will be with you to the end. Whether it's a new tool, a quote that resonates, or a speaker you want to follow—jot it down.
  • And don't forget to celebrate! This is your day. Share your story, your wins, your challenges. Let the world know what being a language professional means to you.
