From your profile, choose Settings and Jobs Dashboard.
There, the Poster Flags and Filters tab will allow you to enter the ProZ.com ID of the user or the Blue Board ID of the company, and you'll no longer receive notifications from them.
This can be done with any business, or choose to limit based on the quality level of their Blue Board.
