As an audiovisual translator, voice talent, game localizer or interpreter you might feel that plain text is not the best way to showcase your abilities on your profile. This is why ProZ.com has included a video portfolio.
To add your video samples enter your portfolio, click on “Add a new video sample”, and upload a video directly from your computer or embed it from Youtube, TED, or Vimeo. Then, just fill the information about your sample (language pair, type of service, and title), and click on “Save”. Please note that if you are not a member you can only upload one (1) video sample, if you are a Standard member you can upload up to three (3) video samples, and if you are a Plus member you can add up to five (5) video samples.
In that way, potential clients entering your profile can have a glimpse of your translation, localization, or interpretation abilities without having to click on any extra links or leaving your profile, maximizing your possibilities of getting new clients.
