In 2020,   the  ProZ.com team focused on  the site's  mission   and   on helping members to succeed in such difficult times.   Development   was done in various areas of the site, including Jobs, Directories, KudoZ,  Powwows,  Profiles and Training.

There were also new initiatives such as the   “Translation: the Inside Story” document written by  volunteers and localized into several languages, “Thinking Out Loud” virtual powwows  where professionals and others in the industry gathered virtually to discuss topics of interest to language professionals, and  the Bootcamp for Remote Interpreters  for new English to Spanish interpreters, and those who wish to refresh their skills, or retrain for remote interpreting.
