Include optional attachment in your ProZ*Pay request

This feature was added based on feedback from payees who wanted their payers to have access to an invoice before making the payment.


With ProZ*Pay request, payees can easily send a direct link to their payers, offering various payment options such as credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and more to settle the amount owed for services rendered. Payers have the flexibility to choose their preferred payment method before proceeding with the transaction.


After ProZ*Pay receives funds from your client, payees can withdraw their payments using a range of payment methods tailored to their preferences. These options encompass bank transfers, cryptocurrency, Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Revolut, and more.


To include a file, select the option to attach a PDF invoice. Your request will be delivered directly to your client's inbox, complete with a link to ProZ*Pay for seamless checkout and your attachment for their convenience.



Be advised that payees must have been registered on for at least 30 days to access this feature. However, payers can make payments regardless of their registration duration.


If your client is using ProZ*Pay for payroll services, this feature is not needed.


Payees may also request ProZ*Pay checkout through invoices.
