If you need to expand your pool of potential service providers, there's another tool available apart from job postings and ProZ Find and the classic directories: applications.
How to set up your applications page
If you have a Blue Board record, you can set up an applications page easily. All you have to do is go to Application preferences from your Blue Board:
Once there, you'll see the application management form to complete with any language pairs, native languages, countries and specialty you need. Once you have completed the form, hit save and then you'll be able to monitor your applications from your applications received page. You would also be notified via email whenever a new application is submitted.
If you don't have a Blue Board record and would like to receive applications, you can create one for your business here.
How to manage your received applications
In your applications received page, you'll see a list of applicants and you'll be able to send them a profile message, add them to a list to send a group message, accept or reject their application:
You can also manage them (and set up your application page) from your business page. You'll find the applications section to the right of the employees list, right below your ProZPay preferences:
How to send your application
If, on the other hand, you're a freelancer looking to send your CV to many agencies on the site, all you need to do is go to Jobs & directories > More (under Job postings) > Applications
There you'll see a list of all outsourcers accepting applications, and you'll be able to see their Blue Board LWA average and country.
When you click the Apply now! button, all you need to do is complete the form and submit your application!
Please note that you'll only see the Blue Board outsourcers you can apply to and that to be able to send an application you need to be a ProZ.com professional or business member.
