• Using translator notes and square brackets: Attendees learned the importance of using translator notes and brackets to provide context, ensuring translations remain accurate and faithful to the source text.

• Different document characteristics: We dove into the translation of personal identity documents, contracts, licenses, certificates, and other similar documents, each of which requires distinct strategies and methods.

• Translating/transcribing names and institutions: A detailed discussion focused on how to correctly render personal names, the names of authorities and institutions, and the titles of departments in target languages.

• Finding equivalents for administrative procedures: Participants were guided through the process of finding adequate equivalents for terms that may not have direct translations, particularly within administrative procedures and regulations.
